"Best conversation I've ever had with an insurance agent!! Started off with just asking for a quote for my son for his car. I ended up switching all our vehicles and home insurance to them. Price was a complete shock to me and not to mention the customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure I got the coverage I needed. Explained everything in detail to me and had a natural conversation to get to know me better and become familiar with my needs. I did not feel pressured or like a $$ sign. "Great customer service, very professional and helpful. The rates are amazing I use to have Gieco and I use to pay $175 now with star farm I’m paying $43 less a month. Other insurances wanted to charge me $200 month like progressive which is ridiculously expensive especially having a clean record and not having any accidents."
