"After my previous agent retired, I switched to Mitch and his team. Until the derecho, I’ve never needed to file a homeowner’s claim. With such a widespread, large scale disaster, it’s been very helpful to have Mitch and his team as my agents, even when they had their own homes damaged like the rest of us. I received a text message helping start my claim, even before I had power back! I've worked primarily with Seth who has always been incredibly patient and helpful and also found everyone else in the office to be just as good when I have spoken with them on occasion. Seth offered up advise & knowledge when I was unsure of how to handle a situation or felt something was ‘stuck in the process’ so I could get my claim through. I’m very appreciative for all of Seth’s, Mitch’s and the team’s help through these last several months!"
